CHANGES FOR RR 2T X-PRO 250 MY26
250CC
Ideal for riders looking for a two-stroke with a more docile temperament and with slightly less power and torque than the range topping models, which guarantee the highest levels
Updates are as follows:
Other Features:
- Nissin brake pump: shared from the 450 RX, the X-PRO My26 feature a new front brake calliper. Smaller, lighter and more performing than its forerunner, it ensures a better feeling and modulation.
- Radiators: to prevent any loss of reliability, even in the most extreme situations, the cooling system must always be in perfect operating condition. This is why, apart from confirming the 200cc coolant expansion tank inside the frame, the new model years will feature new, sturdier radiators, to prevent deformations and consequent reductions in the coolant flow.
- Battery: 4T models will have a new, lighter, more-performing battery, for safer starts under any usage conditions.
- Graphics: the model’s bold personality wears a new full-red guise, with contrasting black graphics, for a modern and sporty contemporary style.
- Tail light: X-PRO takes a further step in style, with the new LED taillight, more modern and sturdier than the previous model.
RR 250 2 Str
- Motor: the 250cc engine was subjected to a series of structural updates to make its behaviour more similar to its big sister, the 300cc. This was achieved by using a common crankshaft, with reduced travel and consequent bore increase compared to the previous model, to reach 250cc. The new engine is completed by an updated head with a different combustion chamber and a new cylinder with modified transfer port geometry. With these updates, the torque and linear power delivery were significantly increased, without affecting the overall performance, creating a power delivery that is like no other 250 with a more centralized weight and lowered centre of gravity. Plus, the crankcase houses larger and sturdier bearings.
- Gear: the second gear was significantly updated to extend its range of use. This has increased the smoothness when switching to the third gear, with enhanced riding comfort and stability during and after the gear change. The greater smoothness makes it easier to ride the vehicle, especially on rough patches and Hard Enduro stretches.
